Dutch Ridge in the Fall

Location Origin Story

Logging Mountain towers above Sullivan Meadow in the foreground which runs along the eastern side of the North Fork Flathead River seen here winding between Logging Creek and Anaconda Creek about 3 miles (4.8 k) to the south.

Taken in the early fall, the autumn colors have begun to spread across Sullivan Meadow and up into the distant mountains. This serene scene illustrates the perfect natural symmetry created by the seasonal changes in color, the atmospheric conditions and the magnificent mountain skyline.

About This Photograph

This beautiful fall scene was filmed by Zedekiah while exploring the North Fork valley along the North Fork or the Flathead River below Demers Ridge.

Image Rarity

The image is taken on the ground in a place others can hike to, meaning it is not that difficult for others to take a similar photograph.

The rarity of this image comes from the volumetric texturization for micro shadowing, therefore it is rare due to its printing process.

Open Edition

This image is offered as a signed open-edition print.

Artist Proofs

There are One Hundred (100) artist proofs available.

Suggested Media Substrate

This image is best suited for Satin Metal with a lustrous flat, non-reflective finish and is available for additional custom texturization to produce enhanced micro shadowing across the surface of the print.
